Boy, time really has gotten away from me! I've just been busy with life! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!
I stopped in at my girlfriend's house, Laura, only to discover she has an actual African spurred Sulcata Tortoise!
Laura began to tell me the story of how her Tortis, Carmel, was wandering the yard one day (I think Carmel is about 60 lbs.) and someone stole her. She made posters and offered a reward for Carmel's safe return and one day got a call from a guy stating "I think I have your Tortoise"! Oh man, I laughed so hard I cried, it's doubtful there are many other missing Tortoise' in Addison (a town smaller than Sayre). Laura went and paid this thief the $100.00 reward no questions asked!
