Update

Hello my bloggy friends! Sorry for my lack of posts. It has been a very busy few weeks with soccer. We have also had company or went away each weekend, combined with Penn State Games....just crazy! Alex did come in 3rd place for a Soccer-Shoot Out competition and so we are driving him 2-1/2 hours tomorrow to compete. My Mother-in-law is going to be here for the remainder of the weekend and we are all trying to stay healthy. Echinacea with Golden Root Seal seems to work for me, but I'm really fighting it. I could use a nice day of rest!
