I'm a serious profoundly adamant believer in change! I've seen it. I myself have experienced it.

I understand the cynicism, especially if you haven’t been witness to serious, life-altering change, but chances are you have been, and chances are they even lie within you! Who were you 10, 15, 20 years ago? Does it reflect the you today?
